1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
    A: We are a manufacturer based in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, specializing in OEM/ODM aluminum tubes since 1985.

2. Q: What is your MOQ for aluminum collapsible packaging tubes?
    A: Our standard MOQ is 50,000 pieces per design/artwork. However, for customers with multiple SKUs, we can reduce this to 30,000 pieces per SKU to accommodate your needs.

3. Q: Can we get samples of your aluminum tubes? Are samples free?
    A: 1. We are happy to provide free standard samples from our inventory at any time (shipping costs will be borne by you).
         2. Customized samples (with your design printed) require mold fees and take approximately 7 days to produce.

4. Q: What is your production lead time?
     A: Our standard lead time is 15-20 days. This may be shorter during off-peak seasons or longer during peak periods, but we prioritize urgent orders whenever possible.

   A: The process would be as follows:
1. Quotation - We will provide pricing based on your tube specifications (e.g., diameter, length/volume, and cap type). If you're unsure about sizing, you may refer to the Volume Chart we provide or contact us.
2. Free Samples - We'll send standard samples for your evaluation, including inner lacquer stability testing.
3. Custom Samples - Upon receiving your design, we'll produce customized samples for approval.
4. Production - Once samples are approved, we'll initiate the formal cooperation process.

6.Q: What are your payment terms?
  A: Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance via T/T before shipment. For long-term customers with good credit, terms are negotiable.

7.Q: What is the diameter range for your aluminum tubes?
  A: Our standard diameter range is 11 mm to 35 mm. Custom sizes outside this range may also be available upon request.
